Can I Lose My Cna License For This?
If my supervisor asked me 2 work a shift and i never been trained on it and something goes wrong can i get in trouble for it? Well i use to work at a nursing home and i got fired but what had happened nobody showed me what i did or nothing like that so i dnt know if it was a set up or not but the DON took their word so its being taking 2 da state and i just got my license in aug. this yr and ive really new at this. So by me not being trained on dat shift can i lose my license really can it be the facility fault because they were suppose to train me on all 3 shifts?

It’s hard for me to answer your question because what did you exactly do? What went wrong?
Whenever you get trained or they train you to do something that CNA aren’t suppose to do, you should always tell them to write a paper saying that they taught you how to do the procedure and a nurse needs to sign it. Then you have proof and they can’t do anything to you. It’s their word against yours.
Different states and facilities have different rules so look them up.
This is impossible to answer, because we have no idea what you allegedly did. If they are reporting it to the board, you will find out as well as have the ability to rebut the allegations. When you do that, I highly recommend someone proof reads it for spelling & grammar, it will help you greatly if the board can read concisely what your stance is.
I’m not sure what state you live in, but any way being that you don’t know what you did it’s impossible to tell you. But if it’s being reported to the state it might be serious.
