No you can’t sell a car w/ someone elses name on it even if it’s your moms. When you turn 18, have mom sign over the car to you, take the title down to the dmv & get it into your name. Then after you get the title from the dmv w/ your name on it, then by law it’s yours. Or when you pick out a newer car, have mom come along and sign the title over to the dealer.

If it says OR, then either person can do it.
Of course, I would not recommend doing that. You still have to live with her and depend on her for money.

Name 1 OR Name 2: Either person can sign off on the title and sell the vehicle.
Name 1 AND Name 2: Both parties must sign the title for the sale to be legal.

It the title says “Or” your ok. If it says “And” your screwed.
So, why don’t you want to go to college?
