Mainly physical tasks. Take vitals. You usually transfer or help move your client. You’ll reposition them in bed. You’ll feed them, bathe them, dress them, and change their briefs when needed. You’ll assist them in whatever ADL’s they cannot do by themselves. Usually CNAs do not do anything with medication, but with some extra training you may be able to pass meds or give insulin shots if needed. Depends on the agency and your training.
