My last day as a CNA was 1/5/06. I have not worked in the health field since then. I want to go back to work as a CNA. All I need to do is fill out a renewel form from Prommisor…. correct or am i to last and have to re-test? “IF” i understood the lady from Prommisor she said if I worked (1) 8 hour shift between 2004 and 12-31-06 all I need to do is fill out the renewel form. I am so confused. Can someone help me to understand this. Thank you!!!!
