Cnas, Lpns Or Rns—-which Jobs Would You Pick For A Nursing Student?

I am a CNA and a Nursing student with these three job offers…..just trying to figure out what to do….
Which would you pick……the pay is $11 at the Nursing Home and $14 at the hospital.
1. Part-time at a Nursing Home AND
Per Diem at a Hospital AND
Per Diem at a different Hospital
2. Part-time at a Hospital AND
Per Diem at another Hospital AND
Per Diem at a Nursing Home
3. Part-time at a Hospital AND
Per Diem at another Hospital
4. Per Diem at a Hospital AND
Per Diem at another Hospital

    The first thing you need to figure out is do you have to have hours every week. Per diem is hours given when there is an extra need, example; If someone calguaranteeiANYand they need to replace that person. Even if they ask you to work a certain time you can always be called off, in other words they tell you they don’t need you any time before you are do to go into work. If you need time so you get money then you actually need to go part time because going per diem does not guarantee any hours. If you can take a chance on not having any hours then take per diem. But at least when you go part time you have how many hours you are hired for.
    Remember in a Nursing Home is primarily older people where the hospital is a variety of different ages.
