Help Please?

hi im new to yahoo answers cna somebody please help me with something? i came on here to ask a simple question about my fitness plan so if someone could help me that would be great :) . I just turned 13 and i take MMA fighting, I work out a lot at home and stuff. I am 90 pounds and here are some of my weight lifting averages
bench press barbell:104 lbs
leg press-261
dumbell bicep curl i can only do 30 pounds with free weights(2) right now and i can lift 5 times in a row.
I train in MMA 3 times a week for 2 hours each time. i take a 3 mile jog 2wice a week and i do some bag work for about 1 hr three times a week. am I doing good for my age and size? I know I am not that big but that’s because i do lots of sports like basketball and stuff so yeah. oh and i also got a workout plan… one hour each day on these. legs monday, arms tuesday, shoulders wednesday, back thursday, chest friday. I can do 80 pushups in a row. Is this good?????

    I think this is great and you should be proud of yourself,but, have you adjusted your diet for all of this body work. You need lots of protein and carbohydrates, lots of fluids. Don’t skimp on the food. Be proud Evan!!!!

    This is all very impressive but this seems like a lot for a 13 year old. In most cases it is not good for young children who are still changing to put so much strain on their bodies. I would consider consulting a doctor and go over your work out plan with him, just to make sure it’s not too much.
