If you go through an agency, your aunt will have to pay more because she’ll have to pay both you and the agency. Unless the aunt is paying you, you won’t be able to receive a salary because there’s no third party involved. Discuss payment with your aunt or just bite the bullet, realise that your cousin is family and help them without expecting money in return.
