How Do I Write A Dispute Letter Or An Appeal If My Cna License Is About To Be Revoked?
can someone please give me an example of a dispute letter….
ive been a cna for only a year, the department of public health in california is trying to revoke my license because i have 1 misdemeanor (trespassing). I know I am a good person, I go to school, get good grades, do volunteer work for the community….. i love being a cna
I am trying to write a dispute letter or an appeal can someone please give me examples.

Tell them exactly what you wrote here. Explain a little about your “crime”. Say how much you regret it and that you are a different person now. Then say what you wrote, about your grades, school and volunteer work.
Emphasize to them how much you enjoy being a CNA and that it has helped you become a better person by helping others.
I think a trespassing charge is a pretty lame reason to take away your certification. It has absolutely nothing to do with your job.
Thanks for being a caring person. I’ve been a charge nurse for over 20 years, the CNA is the backbone of a health care facility.
Good luck,I hope you get it all sorted out.
It amazes me that everyone always cries about the “health care worker shortage” and still make it so hard for imperfect people (like most of us!) to work the field. I guess they expect perfect bots to fly out of Superman’s **** and do all these jobs that most people wouldn’t want to do.
Sorry; can’t answer your question; just wanted to rant.
