How To Get Your Cna Liscense In Missouri If They Had Expired?

By CNAGuide

I had my cna liscense back in 2004 when i was in high school my junior year. i tried and look for a job but no one would hire me because of my age, and that i was still in high school.. a few weeks ago i called 2 see if my cna liscense was still active and they said no it was inactive. i was wondering if somebody knows a place where i can get them back and challenge out or take the class all over again… thanks if you can help

The board that issues your CNA should be able to tell you exactly the steps you need to follow to get the CNA re-instated. Don’t assume anything–find out from them exactly. They will be the ones re-issuing it so you don’t want to do a bunch of stuff only to have it be the wrong stuff & waste your time.

Call any jr. college or nursing home, they can tell you.

You will have to take the test over again. Call around to junior colleges, one of them should be able to help you. Since it has only been 3 years since your certification, you probably won’t have to re-do the course itself.
