I Have Tomorrow A Hospital Job Interview. Does Anybody Know What Kind Of Questions I Should Spect To Hear?
its for a CNA position i want to do good, so if there is anybody who could let me know what kind of questions i shud expect i would really appreciate it.

How did you choose this hospital; What do you know about this hospital; What experience/training/education do you have that qualifies you to work here; How would you handle a difficult patient/client or co-worker; What is your greatest strength; What is your weakness.

I was a CNA for 2 years at 2 different places…so I went through 2 interviews for a CNA position. They asked a lot of situational questions…like “what would you do if a patient did this…” I can’t remember the exact details of them though. They also asked questions about my qualities….what I thought my best and worst qualities were and why I would be good at this job, etc. Hope this helps and good luck!
