I Need Someone Who Is A Great Story Teller To Help Me Get Out Of A Mess.. >>see Below?
Grown Woman here.. LOL. I need a great story to get out of a huge mess. Its a long .. story. I am linked up for now.. with a program to help with some funding towards achieving a skill for work. Well.. the program was not treating me well.. nor was my counselor. I had to send a letter being firm regarding my involvement in this program.. and finally they got scared.. and came threw.
The couselor was not nice.. that she was told by her Supervisor about this funding for me. Not sure why. But it is what it is. I had asked to (re take a class for CNA) at a place I already completed this.. I never sat for the licensing exam in time.. so it needed to be repeated ( the class).
I decided last night.. upon no sleep at all over this.. that I should not go back to this.. I hated it then and I was just doing this out of feeling badly about not following threw with the state exam last time and for a stable income with the economy. The money is okay.. about 10-11.00 an hour. But its not super great money .. or money I was after.
Well.. this not at all nice counselor for this labor related program.. told me she already sent the money to the school and a voucher for the uniform to the store. She told me I had until Dec.to enroll in the class. I suppose.. after this.. its null and void. She told me to contact her when I do. I rather have someone else use this money for this class or another. My heart was not at all into this. I had care experience in my family and that is different. It has worn me down emotionally.
I am a super creative person. I want a creative job that I like and want to get up for in the morning. I decided to on my own.. go for one year to a Cosmetology program. This lady knew my mom was not well.
I need a great believable excuse after .. I fought for this to not come out looking the fool. I don’t want to be embarrassed and talked about . I want to say something where they feel bad or can’t say anything negative back at me.
I don’t even want to be apart of this program anymore. She emails me jobs that I am not even qualified for.. she never took the time to find me out. Its just ridiculous at this point in time.
Please help.. I was going to say a family member is in need of my help and I can’t do both at this time.. but that doesn’t seem impactful enough. Thanks

What a pickle. Let me see if I can help you get out of this state funded labor program mess. This is what you are trying to convey here? Is it?
Don’t sweat the details. just be straight to the point and direct. Pull your counselor aside and just explain to the witch that things are not going well on the home front. She does have prior knowledge of your home situation I assume? So just put your pride in check for a little while and explain to her that you thought that you may have been interested in the medical profession and at the time you thought it seemed like a viable way to go in terms of finding a career that you felt may be worth pursuing but you feel that after it took so long for them to approve your voucher to continue with your studies that you just don’t have the same interest in participating in the program that you used to have.
Tell the old witch that you’d rather try a different line of work all together and bite the bullet on this one and apologize and thank her for all the work she did for you on your behalf but you’d rather study to become a _________________ instead and if it’s not that much of a hassle could she find another candidate for this nursing program instead of you because you feel that your talents will be better utilized doing _________________ and ask her if she’d know of any state funded programs for the field in which you feel best suited for.
