Is There Anything I Can Do?
I have been very crabby, moody, and irritable lately..I know I am stressed out from work/school , but i have never been like this. I snap at everyone and I have to do something because I am a CNA and I cant be like that toward my patients. Anything I can do to help with stuff?

It could probably be just a work/school burnout. Try to take a deep breath before reacting to something — like snapping at everyone — it will help stabilize your blood pressure. You’d think more clearly and react accordingly.
Also, try to limit your focus just on your job/current top priority, don’t mix other stuff that will distract you and make you feel even overwhelmed and burned out.
Last, treat yourself to something nice but simple. You still have to recognize yourself from working so hard. Get a special dessert, if you like, or something that resembles a pat in the back. You will feel refreshed afterward and can get back to work leaving the crabbiness and moodiness behind!

Go on a regular walking routine (daily). You will find that you deal much better about stress when y ou do this. It is amazing. You will have to give it some time to notice the difference.
