Lvn’s And Rn’s Please Help With Career?

By CNAGuide

‘ve been an LVN for 6 years. First year i worked in 2 nursing homes, definitely not my thing. Then i spent 4 years on a med/surg unit didn;t like it either because of uncooperative coworkers. So i transferred to the clinic in the same hospital which turned out to be even worse and now am am seeing 90 patients a day in a fast pace clinic where i discharge pt’s and do little procedures and have to be told when to go on break and i am being watched every minute by annnoying supervisor. I’ve come to realize that i just can’t deal with working multiple patients everday and having annoying supervisors. I have a very relaxed personality and work best with myslef. many patients have said that they love me for the past 6 years because im sincere and efficient. Should i try homehealthcare? is it more independent? i hate working with lazy cna’s and anal supervisors, i also do not like to be told when to take break and become anxious all the time beacause everybody is watching me. So should i try home health? any other ideas?

Wow I think the problem is your attitude. Everyone is annoying but you? Ok…
You can either try meditation and anger management techniques, or home health care.
