Should I Get A Cna License?

By CNAGuide

I’m a single mom working as a waitress and i’m not satisfied having a dead end job. I don’t know what to do and i’m wondering if a cna license will help any.

Yes, CNA certification is extremely beneficial and well worth the time and effort it will take to acquire it. It’s akin to a gold mine for a single parent, and there are plenty of places to employ those skills.
I just read something someone else wrote to you regarding the use of CNAs where he told you that they were currently getting rid of CNAs: this is likely to vary from region to region. Here in NC, CNAs are widely used in hospitals, group homes, assisted living facilities, and respite care units. (You are even more marketable if you take additional training to be a functioning Med Tech aboard a given facility.)
