What Can I Do If My Cna License Is Revoked? I Want To Fight This Off My Record. Who Do I Contact?

By CNAGuide

I was working at a nursing home and I turned in abuse. I got neglect for not turning it in in a timely manner. This happenned 7 years ago. Currently Im going to school to be a nurse and cant because this is on my record. I want this off and I don’t know you to call to fight it.

  1. FVCK Y/A fu/y/a

A case like this is state sensitive, but in most states they have a department of professional regulation the name may vary slightly but a call to your state Government directory will get you the exact name and number.~

Every state has different rules, but In my state you can get your name off the Abuse/Neglect registry after seven years. Call your Adult Protective Protective Services and ask to speak to a supervisor. Or try to find your APS’s web site for your state on Google. You may be able to negotiate for this online.
