What Is The Best Option For An 18 Yr Old Illegal Alien In The U.s?
Everyone is starting their lives and for me there’s this rode block..[for those of you who are unhelpful jerks, I was brought here when i was 3 so if you have no help to offer please just go away] For starters, I want to be a CNA, and get a job helping the elderly, my ultimate dream is to be a counselor. I’ve herd people say that programs such as r.o.p that offer CNA training are usually rather liberal about this sort of thing and i may have a good chance there but at the same time i don’t think i want to spend my life hiding and lying…..I was planning to go back to mexico before i turn 18 and a half [the age where I'll be considered legally responsible for being an illegal alien here] but the information on the web on how to get legal from your home country and all that stuff always says it’s best to ask an immigration lawyer so i asked my dad to ask his and he said not to worry that in NOV. the judge will grant us either legal status or deport us….but he’s said things like that before so I have no idea if that’s reliable or not. I just want to know what the best thing to do is. What would you do if you were in my shoes? My friends have told me that i might want to consider Australia, that it’s easier to become a citizen there and I just want to say i would be entirely willing to go to a different country that would be more welcoming of me. I want to start my life, i want my noble dreams to come true. What would my best bet be?

Why you do not leave the country and go to your country and apply for the I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility?

The best option for an illegal alien is to go back to the country you belong in and apply to come legally. It doesn’t matter how you became an illegal alien invading border criminal. The only thing that matters is you are one. So jerk on that.
Your ONLY option is to return to your home country before you turn 18 1/2. If you do not,you are subject to deportation at any time and then will receive a ban on returning for remaining here illegally as an adult.
You will not get a CNA certification if you are here illegally. For that you will need a valid SSN in order to get the certification and to work. Background checks are also done on anyone working in health care.
