I work at a home health agency that employs a woman who has had her license revoked due to abuse and she’s also been convicted of assault with a deadly weapon. I protested her being sent to clients but they insisted. And so I put in my notice. I want to let the appropriate agencies know that a person prohibited from working as a CNA is in fact working as a CNA by an agency fully aware of her past. It’s so wrong!
