WAS PREVIOUSLY CERTIFIED IN AL. CERTIFICATION LASPED. NOW LIVE IN MS AND WORK AS A NA. WOULD LIKE TO RE-CERTIFY IN MS TO GET A SALARY RAISE! THEY ARE PROGRAMS OUT THERE THAT ONE CAN GO THROUGH AT NO COST TO THEM! SOME EVEN PAY YOU WHILE YOUR TRAINING!!! PLZ HELP ME FIND THEM!! IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE ONE OF THOSE THOUGH. JUST NEED TO FIND ONE!

The American Red Cross offers CNA Training in most cities. Good luck – that is an awesome career choice!

Check with your local hospital and health dept. Some nursing homes also have classes. Good luck, I hope you get a good job.
Phillips County community colege in Helena AR, right across the bridge there at Lula MS (Isle of Capri casino), offers CNA training, often free-if you qualify, depending on income, dependants ect.. Give them a call and ask regarding tuition/Grants/ and regulations of state of Mississippi.
